Visa, Mastercard, American express, Gpay, apple pay are the only accepted payment methods on Tyrannosaurus pets . We do not accept payments online in any other way and only credit card issued in Canada are accepted. The billing address and telephone number must be the same as the name, address, postal code and telephone number appearing on your credit card statement. This information is used in the process of validating your credit card.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and postage. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. Taxes are applied to your order in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws. Taxes could also be applied to shipping costs. When returning an item, you will be refunded for the price of the item, as well as for the taxes paid at the time of the initial purchase. However, you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
The shipping address indicated must be a valid Canadian address. Shipping is based on the size and weight of the items. In the event that the items are in stock at our branches, two working days must be allotted for the processing and preparation of orders and two to three business days for a delivery in Quebec. Delays in deliveries to the rest of Canada vary according to the location of the recipient. Tyrannosauruspets.com can not be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or a shortage of stock. We usually ship all the products available except the exhaustive list below: Glass aquariums, glass terrariums, aquarium or terrarium furniture, fluorescents, , gravel / rocks whose weight exceeds 20 Kg, Large decor rocks and Saltwater salt buckets. These items and others similar in weight are only available for in store pick up.
All items available on Tyrannosaurus Pets are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an exchange is required, items sold online must be returned by mail at the customer’s expense and include in the package the invoice or a copy of the invoice as well as the return slip. Any return, for whatever reason, must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be able to make an exchange, the items must be packed intact and must not have been worn or used. Acceptance of the return is made at the discretion of the auditor according to the criteria set out above. For a faster exchange it is best to visit our store and we can handle the exchange in house. Although we try at all times to have a timely exchange in the case of a defective item, please allow 2 weeks for exchange in case item was not in stock at that time.
