How to administer Advitan Amazonas?
If using reverse osmosis water, ensure the kH value is at about 1-2 dkH.
If using municipal tap water:
Check the kH value, ensure the kH is between 1 and 2 dkH. Values above 2 dkH may be lowered by mixing reverse osmosis or distilled water.
Simply apply 5-ml for every 76 liters / 20 gallons of aquarium water.
Double the dose for pH value above 7.5, provided the kH value is about 1- 2 dkH. Reapply the proportional dosage after every water change.
.Notes: Fishes from the Amazon rivers and its tributaries prefer acidic water environment. Species, such as Altum angelfish thrives in pH values between 4.5 and 5.5.
